Checking in vs. removing a Lexxio Original

Check in

Checking in a Lexxio Original frees up a slot in your checkout limit, but it's reversible. Your reading position, bookmarks, and read-chapter marks all stay saved. If you check the same title back out later, you pick up right where you left off.

Use this when you want to make room for something else temporarily, not when you're actually finished with a book.

Remove

Removing a book is permanent. You'll find it in the book's menu in your library. It forgets the book entirely, including your reading position, so there's nothing to pick back up if you add the title again later.

Use this when you're done with a title and don't expect to come back to it.

The Blue Door doesn't need either

The Blue Door never counts against your checkout limit, so there's no reason to check it in or remove it just to free up space. It stays on your shelf regardless.
